ABLOY® DC270

The closer for large-dimensioned internal and external doors by maximum weight of 160 kg and maximum width of door leaf 1600 mm. Specially designed for ships and very heavy doors with sliding rods DC193 and DC194. Inside two closers DC250 è DC247 are installed on the same mounting plate and under the same cover.

  • Adjustable closing force of the class 6-7 according to the European standard EN1154 and in conformity with requirements of shipbuilders (doors can be closed when heeled 3,5°);

The floor closer for heavy doors by maximum weight of 300 kg and maximum width of door leaf from 850 to 1400 mm. Maximum height of the door is 2400 mm.

The completely buried built-in closer for doors by maximum width of door leaf 850 mm. Maximum height of the door is 2400 mm. DC802 – for aluminium shaped doors, DC812 – for solid doors.

  • Dimensions: 221 õ 35,5 õ 78,5 mm;
  • Can be installed on doorframe or door leaf;
  • Delivery kit includes sliding pulling device;

    – 140° when installed on door leaf;

ABLOY® DC804, DC814

The completely buried built-in closer for the doors by maximum width of door leaf 1100 mm. DC804 – for aluminium shaped doors, DC814 – for solid doors.

  • Adjustable closing force of the category 4 according to the European standard EN1154;
  • Dimensions: 327 õ 35,5 õ 78,5 mm;
  • Can be installed on doorframe or door leaf;
  • Delivery kit includes sliding pulling device;
  • Maximum angle of opening:
    – 140° when installed on door leaf;
    – 160° when installed on doorframe.

ABLOY® DC190, DC199, DC197

ABLOY® DC190 is standard pulling device. ABLOY® DC199 is specific pulling device equipped with locking ball unit for tamperproof. ABLOY® DC197 is specific pulling device (only for the closer DC247).

  • Proper force of closing;
  • Allow to open door to 180° (depending on door design).

ABLOY® DC191

Pulling device with latch of opening position of the door.

  • Maximum fixed angle of opening position 150°.

ABLOY® DC193, DC194

Sliding pulling device.

  • Tamperproof;
  • DC194: mounting screws are covered with plastic cover included in the kit;
  • Attention! Installation of sliding pulling device reduces the closer’s force of closing by 2 grades (to EN 1-4).
