Quality Management Systems ISO 9001:2000
ISO 9000 is a series of international quality assurance standards, in which requirements for organizations’ quality management systems, fundamental provisions and terms, guidelines on improvement of organization’s activity, audit requirements for quality management system and environmental control are specified.
Procedure of development and introduction of ISO 9001:2000
- The preliminary analysis of the existing management system (results in reporting on status of the management system available at the enterprise with guidelines for development, introduction and preparation for certification of the quality management system which is formalized by our advisers);
- Advisory and methodical services on structure, development and introduction of QMS documentation (Quality Policy, Quality Manual, documentary procedures, Division Regulations, job descriptions etc.);
- Trainings for managers and personnel on quality of customer’s organization;
- Statement of internal audit system, rendering of consultations while developing of corrective and cautionary actions according to the results of internal audits of management system, training of customer’s personnel for internal auditors with issuance of auditor certificate;
- Consultation on procedure of adaptation of the existing management system’s documentation to the requirements of branch standards for its subsequent certification in branch certification systems;
- Pre-certification (control) audit of the introduced management system. Rendering of consultation aid while preparing an organization for passing certification audit in the chosen certification body.
