Wooden doorframe

The base of doorframe is a wooden frame from soft wood. The frame is filled with three layers of particle board glued over from both sides with crust. The whole construction is glued over with HDF plates. The total thickness of the frame is 57 mm. Doorframe is fastened on three hinges «mcr KEN» or «mcr SAM» to wooden frame which is also made of soft wood, or to steel frame made from sheet by thickness of at least 1.8 mm. Two rows of expanding gaskets by section of 10õ2 mm are placed in doorframe. In standard configuration the door is lined with beech or oak plywood or is painted in any RAL colour. The weight of one square meter of the door leaf is 35 kg. Fireproof doors are manufactured without doorsills. The standard configuration of the door includes internal wooden doorframe. The door is equipped with:

  • mortise lock with locking bar and catch;
  • patented insertion;
  • kit of door- handles;
  • two automatic clamping plates.
