The gates are featured by high fire-resistance, improved mechanical reliability and resistance to the impact of chemical agents. The door leaf consists of one or more panels by width of 525-1030 mm. Each panel is made of two galvanized steel sheets by thickness of 0.8 ìì, glued to filler with special glue. The panel perimeter is fixed with steel structure in the shape of channel bar. The total thickness of the leaf is 90 mm. The shape of bottom butt of the gate is adapted for movement on guide. In standard configuration the panel is coated with foil for protection against mechanical damages. The travel mechanism consists of top slat, counterbalance and rollers for traveling of gate leaves.

The top plate of gate is made of formed shape from unpainted galvanized steel sheet by thickness of 2-4 mm and is attached to embrasure with struts or anchors. The whole mechanism is closed by housing from galvanized steel sheet coloured RAL 7035.

A leaf is fixed to the top guide connected with counterbalance by cable. The gate is capable to close independently due to counterbalance. The counterbalance is covered with steel rectangular slab coloured RAL 7040. In standard configuration the casing of leaf is made of tin sheet coated with polyester paint of the RAL 7035 colour.
