Metal Fireproof Doors

One-leaf or two-leaf steel fireproof doors, DPM1 (2), dead or glazed, with fire-resistance rating EI 30 (EI 60) (30 and 60 minutes respectively), are manufactured according to the GOST (State Standard) 15150.

Glazed space does not exceed 25 % of the total area of the door leaf.

The doors should be used according to the requirements of DBN Â.1.1-7.

The door leaf is made of two steel sheets by thickness of 0.8 mm with filling from fire-resistant mineral cotton wool. The total thickness of the door leaf with fire-resistance rating EI 30 is 52 mm, for EI 60 62 mm respectively. Standard door leaf is coated with powder paint of light grey colour (RAL 7035).

The angle doorframe consists of formed shape by thickness of 2 mm. The doorframe is equipped with expansion tape. Manufacturing of internal doorframe is possible in addition.

One of the door hinges secures door closing due to a built-in spring.

Standard delivery kit of one-leaf doors includes as follows:

  • door leaf by thickness of 52(62)ìì

  • fireproof mortise lock
  • kit of handles from thermoplastic with steel core
  • cylinder with 3 keys
  • two hinges, one of which with spring
  • expansion tape
  • sealing rubber
  • kit of fastenings

Two-leaf doors are delivered with additional:

  • lift latch (1pc.)
  • counterpart of lift latch
