Wooden Fireproof Doors

One-leaf or two-leaf wooden fireproof doors, DPD1 (2), dead or glazed, with fire-resistance rating EI 30 (EI 60) (30 and 60 minutes respectively), are manufactured according to the GOST (State Standard) 15150.

Glazed space does not exceed 25 % of the total area of the door leaf.

The doors should be used according to the requirements of DBN В.1.1-7.

The door leaf is based on conifer glued board faced from both sides with MDF plate. The plate is treated with special preservative.

The total thickness of the door leaf with fire-resistance rating EI 30 is 45 mm, for EI 60 54 mm respectively.

Optionally the door leaf and doorframe are coated with natural veneer or PVC film.

Wooden doorframe is made of soft wood and is equipped with expansion tape.

Standard delivery kit of one-leaf doors includes as follows:

  • door leaf by thickness of 45(54) mm
  • wooden doorframe by width of 100 mm
  • one-side platband
  • fire-resistant mortise lock Abloy
  • kit of handles, Abloy
  • cylinder with 3 keys
  • three hinges
  • expansion tape
  • sealing rubber

Two-leaf doors are delivered with additional:

  • lift latch (1pc.)
  • counterpart of lift latch
