X-Ray Protective Doors

In this design a lead sheet is used, the thickness of which varies depending on the required level of protection. Doorframe is made of two stamped galvanized steel sheets by minimal thickness of 0.8 mm. Door leaf is filled with mineral cotton wool. The total door thickness is 54 mm. The door colour is RAL 7035.The door leaves are fastened on three hinges. One of them is a carrier with bearing bushings made of special alloys of improved strength and the second one provides door closing due to a special spring.

The doors are equipped with:

• mortise lock with locking bar and catch;
• patented insertion;
• antiremovable screws;
• kit of door-handles with straps.

The doors by width more than 1200 mm or height more than 2300 mm have 4 hinges.
