Spark Protective Doors

These doors are designed for operation in explosive rooms.

Door leaves are made of two stamped galvanized steel sheets by minimal thickness of 0.8 mm. They are filled with mineral cotton wool. The total door thickness is 54 mm. The door colour is RAL 7035. Standard door leaves are fastened on two hinges with brass bushings.

The weight of one square meter of the door leaf is 24 kg. The doors are equipped with:

  • mortise lock with locking bar and catch;
  • patented insertion;
  • antiremovable screws;
  • kit of door-handles with straps.
  • earthing elements.

On the bottom the door leaves are reinforced with brass channel bar.
