Stainless Steel Doors

Door leaves are made of two stamped galvanized steel sheets by minimal thickness of 0.8 mm. Door leaf is filled inside with cardboard of cellular structure (for internal doors). External doors are filled with polyurethane foam or mineral cotton wool. The total door thickness is 54 mm. The doors are delivered unpainted. Standard door leaves are fastened on two hinges. One of them is a carrier with bearing bushings made of special alloys of improved strength and the second one provides door closing due to a special spring.

The weight of one square meter of the door leaf is 24 kg. The doors are equipped with:

  • mortise lock with locking bar and catch;
  • patented insertion;
  • antiremovable screws;
  • kit of door-handles with straps.
